Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Senior Project Engineer – Civil / Infrastructure in Dublin to lead complex civil design packages across multiple projects, including data centres. You will manage client and architect relationships, run design calculations, and ensure quality and schedule adherence.

The role combines office and site work within a hybrid model. You will oversee delivery through others, guide engineers, and ensure regulatory compliance while building team capability and integrating sustainable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field required.
• Chartered Engineer status (Ireland/UK) required.
• Experience coordinating complex design packages and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of complex civil design packages across 2–3 projects.
• Direct and review work undertaken by engineers and technicians.
• Carry out design calculations for storm water management and SUDS.
• Visit sites across Europe and monitor progress and quality of works.
• Coach developing engineers and contribute to design standards.
