Job summary

Ethos Engineering Ltd seeks a Senior Project Engineer – Structural to lead delivery of complex structural packages for substantial projects, including data centre work. Based in Dublin with hybrid office presence and European site visits, you will manage client and architect relationships and guide a team to quality delivery.

You will oversee technical outcomes, programme commitments, and risk while coaching engineers and coordinating with multiple partners across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Chartered Engineer status is required.
• At least 7 years' experience in Structural Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of complex structural design.
• Direct and review work by engineers/technicians.
• Use structural analysis software and coordinate with design teams.
• Manage client and architect relationships and attend meetings.
• Report on project progress to management.
• Carry out site visits across Europe.
