• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 years’ post-graduate experience.
• Proven experience delivering civil engineering projects (roads, rail, bridges, etc.).
• Ability to mentor junior team members.
• Understanding of the commercial aspects of projects.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all site activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to required quality.
• Assist with supervision of site teams, including foremen, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ requirements and company procedures.
• Liaise with clients, designers, stakeholders and project team to ensure successful delivery.
• Review and coordinate technical documentation, drawings and construction methodologies.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining productivity, programme targets and quality standards.
• Contribute to project planning, progress reporting and overall project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Assist with supervision of site teams, including foremen, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring efficient allocation of labour, plant and materials.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality (HSEQ) requirements and company procedures.
• Liaise effectively with clients, designers, stakeholders, and the wider project team to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Review and coordinate technical documentation, drawings, and construction methodologies to support efficient project execution.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining productivity, programme targets, and quality standards.

Requirements
