Job summary

Grant Thornton Ireland seeks a Senior Project Leader (Associate Director/Director) to join our Consulting practice, focusing on transport. You will lead multidisciplinary teams delivering major transport and infrastructure programmes with strategic advisory, governance, and assurance services.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience advising on large capital investments, establishing governance, managing risks, and delivering complex projects in line with strategic and financial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale transport and infrastructure governance, risk and delivery.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and advise senior clients on complex capital programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead major transport and infrastructure programmes, strengthening governance and delivery performance.
• Define and drive projects across initiation to realisation and benefits.
• Develop and maintain integrated assurance strategies and programme controls across multi-contract delivery.
