Job summary

St. Aidan's Services is seeking an experienced leader for the role of Person in Charge (PIC) to oversee a designated residential centre in Ireland. You will drive high standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance while promoting person-centred service delivery.

The role requires CORU or NMBI registration, a management qualification, and a minimum of three years in a health or social care management role. Driving licence and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be CORU registered as a Social Care Worker or have CORU registration in progress (evidence required)
• NMBI registration as applicable
• Management qualification required
