Job summary

ST. AIDAN'S SERVICES is seeking a dedicated Person in Charge (PIC) for our Residential Services.

The PIC will lead daily operations, uphold high standards of care, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive person-centred service delivery with a strong emphasis on governance and quality improvement. Ideal candidates will be CORU registered or in progress, hold a management qualification, possess at least three years of management experience in health or social care, and have a valid Irish work

• CORU registered as a Social Care Worker or CORU registration in progress; evidence required; or NMBI registration.
• Management qualification.
• Minimum of three years' management or supervisory experience in health or social care.
• Registering/Registered with CORU.
• Full driving license.
• Proficient in both oral and written English.
• Legal right to work in Ireland with valid work authorization.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced social care professional or registered nurse with proven leadership skills to join our team as the Person in Charge (PIC) of our Residential Services. The PIC will play a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our designated centre, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are consistently delivered.

Essential Qualifications And Experience

• CORU registered as a Social Care Worker or have a CORU registration application in progress (evidence of application required); or NMBI registered, as applicable.
• Management qualification
• Have a minimum of three years' experience in a management or supervisory role in the area of health or social care..
• Registering/Registered with CORU
• Full driving license.
• Proficient in both oral and written English language
• Have the legal right to work in Ireland and currently hold valid work authorisation for Ireland
