Qualifications

• 3+ years’ management or supervisory experience within Health or Social Care.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management, and support to the residential team.
• Ensure compliance with HIQA regulations and organisational policies.
• Promote and deliver person-centred care.
• Manage incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns.
