Job summary

Cpl Healthcare seeks a proactive Person in Charge (PIC) to lead residential services for individuals with intellectual disabilities in Louth. You will oversee daily operations, ensure HIQA-aligned, person-centred care, and drive continuous improvement while supporting and developing staff and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree with NMBI registration (or eligibility) or Level 8 Degree in Social Care.
• At least 3 years’ management experience in health or social care.
• A recognised management qualification (minimum Level 6 NFQ).
• Strong knowledge of HIQA standards, person-centred planning, and clinical governance.
• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
• Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
