Job summary

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations of residential services in line with HIQA standards and the Health Act 2007.
Drive delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organisational requirements.
Inspire, support, and develop staff teams to thrive.
