Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a senior leader to own and drive Futureforce University recruitment programs in the EMEA region, focusing on intern and new graduate onboarding in Dublin and across Europe. You will shape campus engagement, manage budgeting and supplier relationships, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs and compelling candidate experiences.

You will mentor teams, leverage ATS and analytics to track success, and align campus strategy with business goals

Qualifications

5+ years in events, HR or program management
Proven campus engagement and employer branding experience
Strong project, planning, resourcing, execution and performance tracking abilities
Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and balance competing needs
Proficiency in reporting tools and ATS; strong AI fluency

Responsibilities

Design and implement onboarding and graduate programs for interns and new grads
Develop and scale campus engagement strategies across Dublin and EMEA
Coordinate campus events, branding activities and candidate experiences
Manage budgets, suppliers and contracts to ensure efficient resource use
Collaborate with Futureforce recruitment team to ensure accurate data and seamless operations
Drive cross-functional initiatives and adapt to evolving business needs
Measure program impact with dashboards and KPI reporting
