About Salesforce & Future Pathways

At Salesforce, we believe that talent is equally distributed, but opportunity is not. Our Future Pathways team is on a mission to change that, building pathways for the next generation of talent through world‑class work experience programmes. Our participants in Dublin combine work and study over 18‑36 months, gaining hands‑on Salesforce experience while earning a recognized qualification. If you're passionate about people, programmes, and making things happen, we'd love to work with you.

The Opportunity

If you love the buzz of a well‑run event, get satisfaction from a perfectly tracked catering order, and want to be part of something that genuinely changes lives - this could be the role for you.

We're looking for a motivated and organised trainee to join our Futureforce EMEA team in Dublin. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Programs & Events, Futureforce International, you'll be a key part of the operational engine that keeps our programmes and events running smoothly, from contracts and room bookings to catering, calendars, and community. This role is ideal for someone early in their career.

This is a hands‑on, varied role where no two weeks look the same. You'll gain real experience across events, procurement, and programme coordination, all while being part of a global team of best‑in‑class events and programmes professionals, doing genuinely meaningful work for the next generation of talent. The length of the traineeship is twelve months.

What You’ll Be Working On
  • Event Logistics & Execution

You’ll support the end‑to‑end delivery of Futureforce events in Dublin and across EMEA, from room booking and catering coordination, to on‑site set‑up and post‑event wrap‑up. You’ll also help coordinate ad‑hoc office tours and campus visits throughout the year.

  • Community & Programme Support

You’ll help build and nurture the Futureforce community in Dublin, supporting intern cohort activities, coordinating community events, and helping create a welcoming, connected experience for participants throughout the year. This includes coordinating swag orders, communications, and other programme touchpoints.

  • Contract & Procurement Administration

You’ll own the day‑to‑day administration of contracts and purchase orders (POs) for the team, raising and tracking POs, coordinating approvals, liaising with vendors, and ensuring everything is processed accurately and on time.

  • Calendaring & Scheduling

You’ll manage team and programme calendars, coordinating scheduling across multiple stakeholders and ensuring the team always knows what’s coming. You’ll track key dates, send timely reminders, and keep logistical details organised and up to date.

The Preferred Candidate Will
  • Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail and a love of keeping things running smoothly
  • Familiarity with AI tools, Tableau and comfortable using tools like Excel for tracking, reporting, and data management
  • Have an interest in events, administration, or coordination (experience in a similar role is a plus but not required)
  • Be a confident communicator, comfortable liaising with vendors, internal teams, and senior stakeholders alike
  • Be comfortable with administrative processes such as PO management, contract tracking, and supplier coordination
  • Be a self‑starter who takes initiative and can juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Eligible to participate in an accredited traineeship programme in Ireland

Note: This role is office‑flexible, and the expectation is to work from the office three days per week.
