Salesforce is recruiting an entry-level Sales Development Representative to join our Futureforce University Recruiting program in Ireland. You will identify and qualify sales opportunities, working with Account Executives to drive growth. Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree (2025 or 2026).
• Fluency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities from inbound leads.
• Achieving monthly quota of qualified opportunities.
• Engaging with customers via telephone and email to analyse their needs.
• Profiling the account and overcoming prospect objections to generate opportunities for Account Executives.
• Collaborating with Marketing and sales on lead quality and conversion.
• As this is the first point of contact with customers, conduct business dealings professionally and proactively.
• Become a trusted resource for internal and external contacts.
• Multi-channel follow-up to uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities.
• Maintaining active communication with leads by sending monthly targeted materials.
