Job summary

eir business talent seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support a complex technology and business change programme, working across business, technical and supplier teams to define requirements and support successful delivery. This is a daily rate contract role offering excellent daily rates.

Location: Dublin. Candidates must be eligible to work full time in Ireland. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, documentation and delivery discipline across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in large-scale technology change and digital modernisation programmes.
• Experience managing complex requirements, scope and traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Strong experience in business process analysis, stakeholder workshops, data/content migration and UAT.
• Experience supporting implementation, third-party suppliers, change assessment and transition into operations.

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will support a complex technology and business change programme, working across business, technical and supplier teams to define requirements and support successful delivery. This is a daily rate contract role offering excellent daily rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements.
• Manage scope, requirements baselines and end-to-end traceability.
• Analyse business processes and facilitate stakeholder workshops.
• Define data/content migration, acceptance and UAT requirements.
• Support implementation, supplier engagement and change/defect impact assessments.
• Support operational readiness, handover and transition activities.

Key Experience Required:

• 7+ years' Business Analysis experience, with strong exposure to large-scale technology change and digital modernisation programmes.
• Proven experience managing complex requirements, scope and traceability throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Strong experience in business process analysis, stakeholder workshops, data/content migration and UAT.
• Experience supporting implementation, third-party suppliers, change assessment and transition into operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira and Visio.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and documentation skills.

Educational Requirements:

• Third-level qualification in Information Systems, Business, Technology or a related discipline.
