Zusammenfassung

Access Healthcare in Ireland is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to join our Dublin team and support growth. You will lead a broad range of business operations and strategic initiatives, reporting to the Director and managing a team of around 10 across Learning & Development, HR, IT, Marketing, and Business Support.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across Dublin, Porto, and Ahmedabad to identify opportunities to optimise processes and systems while maintaining

Qualifikationen

Experience in people management, leading teams across functions.
Experience in project management, business change or delivering strategic initiatives.
Ability to prioritise across multiple locations and stakeholders.

Aufgaben

Lead and develop a team of approximately 10 people across functions.
Drive business improvement and strategic initiatives, coordinating projects and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
Oversee technology and business systems, including IT roadmap and software optimisation.
Manage business operations and infrastructure, including office and facilities management and outsourced partners.
Oversee HR processes, Learning & Development, marketing, website management and business support.
Manage business risk and governance, including privacy, contracts, and insurance.
