Job summary

Identity Digital is seeking a Manager, Business Operations in Ireland to plan resource allocation for the Business Operations department and oversee day-to-day operations alongside the VP of Product & Engineering. You will prioritize incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality registry activities.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of business operations, technical operations, or related experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a team lead, supervisory, or management role.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Operations or equivalent.
• Knowledge of the domain name industry and its processes is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Streamline internal workflows and set SOPs for high-priority Registry tasks.
• Manage daily workflows and ensure milestones for product launches, TLD migrations, and registry enhancements.
• Automate repetitive tasks and design better reporting mechanisms.
• Lead a global team of Business Operations staff in Toronto and Dublin.
• Act as liaison between Business Operations and leadership across the company.
• Advocate for system bug fixes, feature requests, and workflow automation with Eng & Product teams.
