Job summary

Clontarf Hospital invites applications for the position of Business and Support Services Manager. This senior executive role covers Estates, ICT, Energy and Sustainability, plus Administration and General Services, with 35 hours onsite under a 2-year specified purpose contract.

The successful candidate will lead a diverse team, deliver safe, quality rehabilitation services, drive transformation initiatives, and work with the Executive Management Team to meet national standards and funding

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years’ senior management experience in a complex healthcare environment.
QQI Level 8 qualification in healthcare or a relevant area.
Experience in governance and regulatory compliance.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a strong and dynamic team across Estates, ICT, Energy, Sustainability and Administration Services.
Oversee hospital-wide service delivery, resource planning and performance management.
Develop business cases and secure resources for new service developments.
Engage with external stakeholders and regulators to support strategic objectives.
Ensure compliance with HSE guidelines and data protection requirements.
