Ingenio Global in Ireland is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to take ownership across discovery, requirements, delivery and implementation as part of a major General Insurance transformation.

You will lead discovery sessions, shape the target state, and translate business needs into clear epics, features, and user stories while collaborating with Product Owners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ Business Analysis experience.
• General Insurance experience, ideally Business/Commercial Lines.
• Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience across Agile, Hybrid and Waterfall environments.
• Strong process and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Understand current-state processes, data and pain points, then shape the target state.
• Translate business needs into clear epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, Scrum Masters and technology teams.
• Use Jira & Confluence to manage and refine requirements throughout delivery.
• Apply your General Insurance knowledge across Business/Commercial Lines, underwriting and policy administration.
• Lead/support UAT, including scenarios, scripts, defect triage and business sign-off.
• Support go-live, hypercare, training and operational readiness.
