Job summary

Zurich Insurance Europe AG, Ireland is seeking a Business Improvement Lead to strengthen how we deliver GI claims services. Based in Dublin (Blackrock) with potential travel, you will lead end-to-end process improvements and manage change initiatives across the claims lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Claims leadership and IT, apply analytics, drive adoption, and report on benefits and risks. A degree and PM qualification are required, with 10+ years in GI claims and 3+ in change management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in a general insurance claims role with 3+ years in change management.
• Degree holder with a project management qualification.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve end-to-end claims processes.
• Lead and deliver business improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Coordinate with Claims and IT to translate requirements into changes.
• Conduct business analysis, data reviews and impact assessments.
• Track progress, benefits and risks using MI to drive improvements.
