PwC Ireland is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst Manager to join our BES team to drive large-scale system implementations and GenAI initiatives. You will mentor junior analysts and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver value while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.

The role focuses on leveraging GenAI and innovative technologies to transform business processes across Tax, Assurance, and Consulting.

Qualifications

• 6-7 years of progressive business analysis experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
• Proven track record in running process analysis workshops and leading process improvement initiatives leveraging technology.
• Experience in AI, automation, or technology enablement within professional services.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage business analysis activities across the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for GenAI initiatives.
• Run workshops to map current state processes and design future state improvements.
