Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its Financial Services Advisory Practice in Ireland. You will manage digital transformation and strategic change projects for Banking clients, delivering end-to-end planning, execution, and governance across multiple initiatives.

You will collaborate with product owners and developers to define epics and user stories, document processes, and drive improvements while supporting a data‑driven, customer‑centric design mindset across engagements.

Qualifications

Experience in documenting business case and business process modelling.
Requirement elicitation through workshops and interviews.
Ability to map and improve customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Engage with business users, understand problem scope and plan engagement.
Interview product owners to map as-is and design to-be processes.
Document process models and identify improvement opportunities.
Support digital strategies to enhance customer retention and loyalty.
Collaborate with Product Owner and Development teams to deliver epics and user stories.
Drive a metrics‑driven culture within the function.
