Job summary

The Recruitment Company Australia is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a long-term ERP/WMS transformation programme based in Dublin with a hybrid work setup.

You will map business requirements, understand processes, manage dependencies, and work with third parties to drive the implementation forward across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Senior BA with experience across complex programmes and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong skills in process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation.
• Experience on ERP transformation / implementation projects.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is advantageous.
• Industry exposure in wholesale, manufacturing, FMCG or retail is relevant.
• WMS / logistics project exposure is desirable.
• Knowledge of dependency mapping, versioning and process documentation.
• Experience with change management / business readiness would be beneficial.

Senior Business Analyst – ERP / WMS

€500/day | Dublin Hybrid | Long-Term Contract

Senior Business Analyst required for a long-term contract on a large-scale ERP / WMS transformation programme.

This is a genuinely complex environment with multiple projects, multiple countries, changing requirements, a wide range of stakeholders and several major technology vendors and SIs involved.

The BA sits at the centre of this, helping to map business requirements, understand processes, manage dependencies and work with third parties to drive the implementation forward.

We've already placed several contractors into the organisation and the feedback has been excellent. It's an outcome-driven business where you'll see the impact of your work quickly with major transformation taking place across the wholesale operation.

Desired Skills / Experience

• Strong Senior Business Analyst background, comfortable working across complex programmes and managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong experience with business process mapping, requirements gathering and documentation
• Experience working on ERP transformation / implementation projects
• SAP S/4HANA experience would be an advantage
• Experience within wholesale, manufacturing, FMCG or retail would also be highly relevant
• Exposure to WMS, supply chain or logistics projects is desirable
• Strong understanding of dependency mapping, versioning and process documentation
• Experience with change management / business readiness would be beneficial
