Job summary

DGH Recruitment seeks a Business Analyst to join a 10‑month contract in Dublin. The role supports a Process Improvement Programme, identifying business needs, documenting requirements, and delivering practical solutions to improve efficiency and user experience across the firm.

The candidate will have 7–10 years' experience in BA/PM or hybrid roles, a BA qualification such as BCS or IIBA, and experience in financial services or banking.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years combined experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid role within technology or business transformation.
• Experience developing business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, testing plans, and operational readiness artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• A relevant business analysis qualification, for example BCS or IIBA.

Business Analyst – Hybrid 2/3dpw – Dublin- 10 month contract - 580 EUR per day (Outside IR35)

My client are looking for a Business Analyst to join them for a 10 month contract. Based out of their Dublin office, they are looking for a Business Analyst who can work across the firm, supporting their Process Improvement Programme.

The focus will be on identifying business needs, understanding ways of working, defining the requirements and supporting the delivery of practical solutions to improve efficiency, consistency and user experience across the firm.

They are looking for Candidates with -

• Ideally 7–10 years combined experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or hybrid role within technology or business transformation.
• Experience in structured project delivery.
• Experience developing business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, testing plans, and operational readiness artefacts.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• A relevant business analysis qualification, for example BCS or IIBA

Previous experience working within the financial services, fund administration or banking sectors is highly desirable for this opportunity.

This role is a 10 month contract position, offering 580 EUR per day (Outside IR35)

They have a hybrid working policy of 2/3 days per week in the Dublin office and the remainder worked remote.
