Job summary

BMS Performance Ireland is seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to lead BIM coordination across multiple projects in Ireland. You will ensure delivered models are coordinated and compliant with client requirements, while mentoring junior BIM staff and coordinating with design, contracts, and site teams.

Ideally based in Dublin or surrounding Leinster areas, you will manage model federation, clash detection, and BIM execution plans to support design and construction phases across major pharma, data

Qualifications

• Senior BIM coordination experience within construction or building services.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical services coordination.
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects.
• Advanced Revit and Navisworks experience.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards and project workflows.
• Experience carrying out clash detection and model coordination.

Responsibilities

• Leading BIM coordination across multiple projects.
• Managing model federation, coordination and clash detection processes.
• Producing and reviewing coordinated BIM models.
• Supporting project teams throughout design and construction phases.
• Chairing BIM coordination meetings with consultants, clients and subcontractors.
• Developing BIM execution plans and project workflows.
• Managing BIM deliverables and project documentation.
• Ensuring projects comply with BIM standards and client requirements.
• Supporting construction teams with model-based project delivery.
• Mentoring and developing junior BIM Coordinators and BIM Technicians.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and BIM innovation.
• Supporting digital construction and project delivery initiatives.
