Job summary

Arcadis Ireland is seeking a BIM Coordinator to implement BIM and digital construction procedures on semiconductor projects in Dublin. You will lead day-to-day BIM coordination across assigned work packages and support BIM Execution Plan implementation, model federation, information exchange, and digital delivery governance.

Qualifications

• Engineering, architecture, construction management or digital delivery background.
• Strong BIM coordination experience on multidisciplinary projects.
• Experience with model QA, clash detection and information exchange.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day BIM coordination across semiconductor projects and work packages.
• Support BIM Execution Plan implementation, model federation, and digital delivery governance.
• Run coordination reviews, clash detection, issue tracking, and close-out workflows.
• Coordinate architectural, civil/structural, mechanical, electrical, process, and specialist models.
• Maintain records, logs, and model definition documents.
• Promote consistent modelling standards and QA across delivery teams.
• Provide technical guidance to BIM coordinators and external contributors.
