Job summary

Inform3 Recruitment is seeking a BIM Lead for South Dublin. You will oversee BIM activities across projects, coordinate MEP services, and ensure accurate BIM information delivery. The role demands Revit/AutoCAD expertise and collaboration with design teams and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have a Level 7/8 BIM/Engineering qualification and 3–5 years of BIM experience, with strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• A Level 7/8 qualification in Building Information Modelling, Engineering, Architecture or another relevant discipline.
• Approximately 3–5 years' experience within BIM, building services, construction or a related environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Revit and Navisworks, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding BIM standards, procedures, protocols and information management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support BIM coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain coordinated 3D models using BIM software.
• Carry out clash detection and model reviews, reporting coordination issues.
• Review, coordinate and manage incoming models from project stakeholders.
• Oversee BIM modelling and drawing production using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical services within the BIM environment.
• Produce accurate as-built drawings and contribute to the Asset Information Model.
