Job summary

Actavo in Ireland is seeking a Senior Bid Manager to lead end-to-end bid campaigns across multiple sectors. You will coordinate with operations and commercial teams to develop high-quality bid content and ensure timely submissions.

The role requires hands-on experience in bid management, strong writing ability, and excellent stakeholder management. You will log RFIs/PQQs/RFPs/ITTs, manage schedules, and drive governance to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar bid management role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with submission portals and e-tenders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end bid writing and coordination for medium and large opportunities
• Coordinate bid development with operations and commercial teams
• Incorporate technical input from engineering into clear sales text
• Liaise with divisions to ensure high-quality bid input
• Manage bid schedules, approvals, and governance
• Log RFIs, PQQs, RFPs, and ITTs
• Ensure bid responses are complete and competitive
• Prepare presentations and final bid submissions
• Keep knowledge up-to-date through education and networking
