Job summary

eirbusiness seeks an experienced Bid Manager to join its BidTeam in Ireland. You will manage full lifecycle of bids across ICT, telecommunications, managed services and professional services for public and private sector customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Technical and Delivery teams to develop compelling, compliant bids, win themes and response plans, and oversee timelines and governance reviews. Strong writing and stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience managing bids and tenders.
• Experience responding to public and private sector procurements.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and tender documentation.
• Demonstrated success managing complex submissions.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working under tight deadlines.
• Experience within ICT, Telecommunications, Managed Services or Professional Services sectors.
• Knowledge of Irish public sector procurement, OGP and eTenders.
• Experience using bid automation and content management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage bid opportunities from qualification through to submission.
• Analyse tender documentation and identify key deliverables and risks.
• Facilitate bid kick-off meetings and coordinate bid teams.
• Develop bid strategies, win themes and response plans.
• Coordinate contributions from SMEs, technical teams and commercial stakeholders.
• Manage bid schedules and ensure milestones are achieved.
• Produce high-quality written content where required.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and procurement regulations.
• Manage customer clarification processes.
• Lead submission preparation and governance reviews.
• Participate in post-bid reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
