Aon in Dublin is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to deliver professional administration for a portfolio of external clients, including Global Clients, with oversight of online benefit portals and coordination with Broking Teams.

You will combine benefits expertise in Healthcare, Pension or Risk with a proactive approach to renewals, claims management, member engagement and insurer governance, while benefiting from Aon’s flexible, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Employee benefits background with few years industry experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in Healthcare, Pension and Risk.
• Willingness to learn across other product lines.
• APA in Private Medical Insurance would be an advantage.
• Strong IT skills with Word & Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the renewal process.
• Management of claims.
• Keep members engaged.
• Insurer management and legislative governance of Pension, Risk and Healthcare schemes.
