Job summary

The Heritage is seeking a Senior Bartender/Mixologist to join Bloom's Cocktail Bar. You will craft exceptional cocktails, know the wine and spirit list, and provide memorable guest experiences in a stylish setting.

Applicants should be passionate about cocktails, customer service, and thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Availability for shift work including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending or mixology preferred.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits and cocktails.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the till system effectively.
• Carry out mise en place for service.
• Support colleagues and assist around the hotel as needed.
• Maintain communication within the team and attend briefings.
• Know the Heritage menu and beverage list.
• Handle guest complaints discreetly with senior staff as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of facilities, hours and SOPs.
• Attend meetings and participate in chats and appraisals.
