Job summary

The Hardiman in Galway is seeking an experienced Bartender to join our luxury property’s award winning team. You will deliver exceptional service, greet regular guests by name, and demonstrate strong knowledge of food, beverages and wine while recommending bespoke cocktails.

Ideal candidates will have previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star setting, mixology skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume environment. Fluency in English and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience in a 4/5-star hotel property is preferred.
• Cocktail/Mixology experience is desirable.
• Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros experience would be preferable.
• Mid Week and Weekend availability required.

• Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.

The Role
