Job summary

Grafanalabs is looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their Grafana Backend Services squad. This is a unique opportunity to work on both On-Prem and Cloud products, ensuring a unified service experience.

You will be responsible for delivering new functionalities, contributing to design improvements, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will have substantial backend development experience, preferably with Go, and a solid grasp of relational databases.

Compensation in Ireland ranges from €104,000 to €130,000, along with equity and other perks.

Qualifications

• Solid backend development experience, ideally with Go.
• Good understanding of storage solutions and relational databases.
• Experience with delivering projects from requirements to shipping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver new functionality with the team and iterate on results.
• Contribute to design documents for upcoming features.
• Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of services worked on.
