Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a leading flight tech company to hire a senior backend engineer in Europe. You will design, implement and operate high‑performance APIs for flight search, booking, and post‑booking services, influencing architecture and data models.

Strong Python, API design, and NDC experience are required, with remote-first collaboration across Europe. You will work in a small team, own technical decisions, and help scale a live flight infrastructure serving fintechs and travel

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional software development experience, backend/API focus.
• Hands-on experience with Python in production environments.
• Strong API design skills for scalable, reliable services.
• Experience with distributed systems, caching, and high-volume workloads.
• Ability to work independently with technical ownership.
