Job summary

Mason Alexander partners with a leading UK travel business creating a Dublin-based Engineering team. We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Backend-first) to design scalable microservices and integrate high-volume travel inventory in a cloud-native AWS environment.

Based in Dublin with a hybrid model (1 day in office every two weeks), you’ll own key backend systems, mentor peers, and help shape our cloud architecture while delivering reliable APIs and performance at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in backend software engineering.
• Strong C# / .NET background.
• Experience with AWS cloud and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale distributed backend applications and APIs.
• Handle high-volume supplier integrations and pricing engines.
• Deploy, operate, and monitor containerised services on AWS.
• Elevate engineering standards and mentor peers.
