The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in project, infrastructure, or project finance, and a keen interest in development of cross-border transactions within a top-tier practice.

Qualificações

• More than 3 years' experience in project and/or infrastructure finance at a reputable commercial law firm.
• Experience on complex, cross-border infrastructure projects.
• Advising banks, ECAs or development finance institutions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act on complex infrastructure projects across international markets.
• Advise lenders and financiers on structuring and risk allocation.
• Collaborate with partners to drive high-stakes transactions in energy and infrastructure.
