The firm advises developers, financiers, regulators and corporates on renewable and conventional energy projects, including offtake solutions, EU and domestic regulations, financing, development and corporate transactions.

Qualifications

• Solicitors with at least 1 year of experience in a commercial/corporate/finance team.
• Interest in environmental matters.
• Interest in renewable energy project work.

Responsibilities

• Advise on renewable and conventional energy projects for developers, financiers, regulators and corporates.
• Assist on regulatory, financing and corporate transactions related to energy projects.
