Qualifications

• Approximately 1+ year PQE in a strong commercial law firm.
• Demonstrable Corporate/M&A experience.
• Ambitious, commercially minded with a strong work ethic and passion for corporate transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and negotiating transaction documents from inception through completion.
• Advise clients on complex corporate matters and structuring deals.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate deal execution.
• Support development of junior associates and trainees within the team.
• Work on high-value domestic and international transactions across sectors.
