Job summary

Signatus Recruitment is assisting a leading Irish commercial law firm to hire a Real Estate Associate in Dublin. The role offers hybrid working, a salary showing €100,000 to €130,000+ DOE, plus bonus and benefits, with strong development in renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

You will advise developers, investors and financial institutions on complex property matters and manage a portfolio of CRE matters with support from senior lawyers.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years PQE as a qualified solicitor.
• Experience in a strong commercial real estate practice.
• Exposure to renewable energy or energy-related property transactions.
• Experience with leases, easements, title due diligence and burdens.
• Ability to manage several matters and client relationships simultaneously.
• Strong academic background and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on banking and security transactions and requirements.
• Lead and coordinate large-scale property due diligence exercises.
• Draft and negotiate leases, easements and related property documentation.
• Review title structures, burdens and project-specific property arrangements.
• Manage your own matters while working closely with senior lawyers and specialist teams.
• Build trusted relationships with sophisticated domestic and international clients.
• Drive ownership of complex commercial real estate matters through all transaction phases.
