Qualifications

• 3+ PQE from a top or mid-tier firm.
• Energy real estate experience, including wind/solar projects and due diligence.
• Strong focus on client service and ability to manage multiple clients and a busy workload.
• Pro-active, collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent academics.

Responsibilities

• Support the Energy and Real Estate practice on renewable energy and infrastructure projects.
• Advise banks, developers, state agencies, corporates and investors on high-profile mandates.
• Contribute to structuring complex real estate transactions and providing practical solutions.
