Job summary

Elevate Partners is seeking a senior Infrastructure Finance professional to lead origination, structuring and execution across Europe from Dublin. This role offers a chance to shape a growing European franchise within an established banking platform.

You will build and manage relationships with sponsors, investors and developers while collaborating with global Investment Banking, DCM, ECM and Corporate Banking teams to drive cross-border transactions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in infrastructure financing and advisory.
• Strong track record in cross-border European transactions.
• Experience with power & utilities including renewables.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and lead senior stakeholders.

We are partnering exclusively on a senior Infrastructure Finance appointment with a leading international financial institution that is expanding its Corporate & Investment Banking presence in Dublin, Ireland.

This is a particularly interesting opportunity to join a newly established team at an early stage and play a key role in building out its European offering.

The Role:

• Lead the origination, structuring and execution of financing and advisory transactions across European infrastructure.
• Cover sectors including energy & power, transportation, digital infrastructure and PPPs.
• Develop senior relationships with infrastructure sponsors, institutional investors, developers and operators.
• Advise clients across project financing, acquisitions, divestitures and capital raising.
• Work closely with international Investment Banking, DCM, ECM and Corporate Banking teams.
• Play a meaningful role in shaping the Infrastructure franchise in Dublin and its continued European growth.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience and a strong track record across transaction execution, origination and client relationship management.
• Experience across power & utilities, including renewable or conventional generation, transmission or distribution, would be particularly relevant.
• Strong business development capabilities with the ability to build and maintain senior-level relationships across sponsors, investors, developers and other key market participants.
• Excellent commercial judgement, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead complex transactions and manage multiple workstreams concurrently.
