Job summary

Elevate Partners is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to lead the financial and operational oversight of a residential real estate portfolio in partnership with internal teams and external partners. You will drive performance, optimize value, and coordinate asset strategies at both portfolio and asset levels.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in the strategic oversight of a high-quality real estate portfolio, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive performance, optimise value, and deliver investment objectives.

TheRole:

Takeownershipofthefinancialandoperationalperformanceoftherealestateportfolio,withresponsibilityforincome,occupancy,operatingcosts,NOIandoverallassetperformance.Developandimplementannualassetbusinessplans,budgetsandmedium-termstrategiesinconjunctionwithclientsandinternalteams.Monitorleasingperformance,rentalgrowth,vacancy,arrears,tenantretentionandoperatingexpenditure,identifyingopportunitiestoimprovereturns.Analyseportfolioandasset-levelKPIsandproviderecommendationsonpricing,leasingstrategy,costefficienciesandcapitalexpenditure.WorkcloselywiththePropertyManagementandLeasingteamstoensureassetstrategiesareimplementedeffectivelyatoperationallevel.Leadmonthlyandquarterlyclientreporting,includingfinancialperformance,varianceanalysis,leasingmetrics,operationalcommentaryandforward-lookingrecommendations.Prepareandpresentassetreviews,businessplansandinvestmentrecommendationstoinstitutionalclientsandseniorstakeholders.

RequiredExperience:

Minimum7years'experienceinassetmanagement,investmentmanagement,residentialproperty,realestateadvisory,orarelatedfield.Experiencemanagingoranalysinginstitutionalrealestateassetsandinvestmentportfolios.Strongunderstandingofbudgeting,businessplanning,cashflowanalysis,valuations,NOIgrowth,andinvestmentperformancemetrics.ExposuretoPRS,multifamily,residentialinvestment,orbroaderrealestatesectorsishighlydesirable.Trackrecordofworkingwithcross-functionalteams,includingleasing,operations,finance,development,andinvestorrelations.
