Job summary

The Land Development Agency (LDA) is seeking a management accountant to support its growing Asset Management function. The role involves responsibilities including financial analysis, budget preparation, and KPI monitoring across the cost rental portfolio.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in management accounting, particularly within the residential rental sector, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the residential rental sector.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Analyse monthly financial and data reports prepared by third party Agents.
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets for the cost rental portfolio.
• Monitor and report on KPIs including occupancy and arrears.
• Benchmark performance across the portfolio for efficiencies.
• Prepare monthly financial reports with narrative.
