Job summary

Lumen Search is representing an international design-led architectural practice seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to oversee complex projects across all design stages. The candidate will mentor junior team members, engage in client-facing activities, and leverage Revit as the practice is fully BIM-enabled.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level qualification in architectural technology is required.
• At least five years of industry experience in an Irish practice.
• Experience across all phases of the architectural design process.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Proficiency with BIM principles and delivery is required.
• Experience with Revit in a fully BIM-enabled practice is preferred.

Our client is an international Design-led Architectural practice that prioritises designing places that make a positive difference in the world. With offices across Ireland & Europe, they are known for designing renowned projects across a diverse range of sectors.

This award-winning Practice has contributed to some of the most talked about projects in Ireland in the recent past, and due to a significant pipeline of work ahead of them, they are keen to speak to talented Architectural Technologist Professionals as they look to add experience to the team.

The Role:

Our client is looking to add a Senior Architectural Technologist to its ranks. The successful candidate should be capable of overseeing complex projects across all stage of the project’s lifecycle, and having site-based experience is highly beneficial.

The successful candidate will also have experience in managing and mentoring Junior team-members, will have occupied client-facing roles and will have up to date Revit skills as this Practice is fully-Revit.

Required Background:

• BSc. (hons) in Architectural Technology or similar required
• 5+ years’ experience
• Experience in an Irish Architectural or comparable practice environment
• Experience in all phases of the architectural design process
• Strong communication skills / Strong team player
• Work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Strong understanding of BIM principles and delivery.
