Job summary

Rhythm Careers seeks an Architectural Technologist in Dublin to join a design-led studio working on substantial residential and mixed-use projects. With 2–6 years of experience, you will bring strong technical drawing skills, knowledge of Irish planning and regulations, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign.

Revit is a plus, BIM exposure is beneficial, and a competitive salary with a bonus awaits.

• Minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience.
• Sound knowledge of Irish planning, building regulations and guidelines.

• Experience using BIM on live projects would be an advantage.
• Experience of Contract Administration would be an advantage.

Job description

A well-established, design-led architectural studio in Dublin (c.100 staff) is seeking an Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. The practice is renowned for designing and delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects across Ireland.

They are currently recruiting across both their design and technical teams, offering an exciting opportunity to work on substantial projects that make a real impact on how people live and work in Ireland.

The studio is ideally looking for candidates with 2-6 years' experience, strong technical proficiency in building construction, and extensive experience preparing working drawings, details, and tender packages on residential projects. The studio are looking for:

Minimum of 2 years' post-graduate experience

Sound working knowledge of Irish planning, building regulations, and guidelines

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D software, Photoshop, and InDesign, with strong graphical skills generally

Revit skills would be an advantage

Experience using BIM on live projects would be an advantage, but not essential

Experience of Contract Administration would also be an advantage, but not essential
