With a strong pipeline of projects and long-term growth plans, our client is looking to strengthen its Cork office with the appointment of a Senior Architectural Technologist who can play a key role in both project delivery and the continued development of the local team.

This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of projects from an early stage, working closely with senior leadership while helping to shape the delivery and growth of the Cork office.

Role

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll lead the technical delivery of projects from design development through to construction, ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and coordination throughout.

You'll work closely with Associates and Directors while taking responsibility for managing project packages, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and producing high-quality technical information.

The role offers a varied workload, combining technical design, BIM coordination, consultant management, client engagement, and construction-stage support.

You’ll also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, contribute to the development of internal standards and processes, and play an active role in building a strong technical culture within the Cork office.

This is a position that offers genuine responsibility, visibility within the business, and a clear pathway towards future leadership opportunities.

Salary

€68,000 - €75,000 per annum + benefits and package.
