Job summary

Global Professional Consultants in Dublin city centre are seeking a qualified Architectural Technologist to join the team on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on delivering residential and mixed-use schemes from post-planning through to construction, utilizing strong Revit skills and solid knowledge of TGDs.

You will work within a team to produce technical documentation, detailed construction drawings, and coordinate site inspections while ensuring adherence to Irish building and planning

Qualifications

• Ideally 5 years' architectural experience, some in Ireland / UK.
• Proven technical and construction knowledge.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience on residential or mixed-use projects is beneficial.
• Previous experience adhering to current building and planning regulations.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and ambitious.

Job description

A growing and highly respected architectural design studio in Dublin city centre, have an immediate requirement for a qualified Architectural Technologist to join the team.

With a strong project portfolio and reputation, they deliver medium to large-scale residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects across Ireland.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist with good Revit skills, along with full understanding of TGDs, to join the team and contribute to the delivery of residential projects from post-planning through to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Working within a team to prepare technical documentation for a range of residential and mixed-use developments
• Assist in the preparation of detailed construction drawings
• Participate in site inspections and coordination
• Ensure compliance with Irish building and planning regulations

Desired experience and skills:

• Ideally 5 years' architectural experience, some of which must have been gained in Ireland / UK
