Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Ireland is seeking an Architectural Technologist/Senior Architectural Technologist to support major developments across educational, residential, commercial and data centre projects. You will manage technical design queries, coordinate information, and resolve issues with autonomy.

North Dublin location with parking and hybrid working options. Requirements include a minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience, strong knowledge of building

Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist

We're seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist / Senior Architectural Technologist to support the delivery of major developments, including educational, residential, commercial and data centre projects.

You will provide technical and project support to the Project Managers, taking ownership of day-to-day technical issues, coordinating information, and resolving problems with autonomy.

Duties & Responsibilities include:

• Manage technical design queries and coordinate project information
• Resolve construction-related issues independently
• Support project delivery across multiple medium/large-scale developments
• Work closely with design teams, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Apply construction knowledge to ensure high-quality detailing and compliance

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Technologist
• Minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience
• Strong technical knowledge of building construction, detailing etc.
• Excellent understanding of Irish Building Regulations and BCAR Site experience with the ability to resolve issues quickly is highly beneficial
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proactive approach with good decision making and problem-solving skills
• Project experience in the data centre sector is highly beneficial but previous experience across commercial, healthcare, educational, residential are desired
• Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland to be considered
