Job description

A medium sized architectural design office on the southside of Dublin are expanding and is seeking to recruit a qualified Architectural Technologist to the team. They have a variety of projects across commercial, hospitality, leisure and residential in Ireland and internationally.

The successful Architectural Technologist will join a collaborative team and take responsibility for producing planning applications, DAC, tender and construction drawings for several commercial and residential projects initially.

This is an ideal role for an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 2 years industry experience seeking to join an award-winning design office where they will have the opportunity to work closely with the design team, clients and take projects through to completion.

Job Requirements:

• Educational qualification in Architectural Technology (essential)
• 2 years+ architectural experience (more senior level opportunities are also available)
• Strong technical skills
• Good working knowledge of current planning and building regulations
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Possess strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Team player
• Previous experience working on commercial and leisure projects is desirable
• MUST hold full eligibility to work in Ireland
