Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Dublin is seeking an experienced Architect or Senior Architect to lead and deliver residential and mixed-use schemes from concept through construction. You will work with a respected team, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors while upholding strict regulatory standards.

The role requires RIAI/RIBA membership, 5+ years of experience, and strong Revit skills to produce detailed designs and documentation across projects in Leinster.

Qualifications

• Registered architect with RIAI/RIBA membership.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience with residential and mixed-use projects.
• Proficiency in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver residential and mixed-use developments from inception to completion.
• Prepare planning, tender and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors throughout project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations.
• Produce high-quality design and technical documentation using Revit.

Architect / Senior Architect An award-winning architectural studio in Dublin is seeking an experienced Architect / Senior Architect to join its growing team. With an impressive portfolio spanning residential, mixed-use, educational, commercial and conservation projects, this is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career within one of Ireland's leading design studios. Working alongside a highly respected team of architects and designers, you will play a key role in delivering residential and mixed-use projects from concept design through to construction. You will be involved throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure exceptional design and technical delivery. This practice is recognised for its commitment to innovative architecture, sustainable design and design excellence, offering exposure to exciting medium and large-scale developments across the Leinster region.

Duties

• Lead and support the delivery of residential and mixed-use developments from inception to completion
• Prepare and coordinate planning, tender and construction documentation
• Work closely with clients, consultants and contractor teams throughout project delivery
• Ensure compliance with current Irish building regulations
• Produce high-quality design and technical documentation using Revit

Desired Skills & Experience

• Qualified Architect with professional membership of RIAI / RIBA, and over 5 years' industry experience
• Residential project experience, ideally across medium to large-scale housing, apartment or mixed-use developments is desired
• Proven track record delivering projects from concept through to site completion
• Excellent technical knowledge and understanding of Irish Building Regulations
• Proficiency in Revit
• Strong communication, coordination and client-facing skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
