Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in architectural technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and their practical application.
• Excellent attention to detail across design and construction phases.
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned projects in collaboration with senior team members.
• Produce technical drawings, specifications, compliance reports, and other written documentation.
• Generate information for procurement and construction of buildings or structures.
• Demonstrate understanding of RIAI/RIBA work stages 1–8.

We are looking for an Architectural Technologist to join our Dublin Office. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and a passion for high‑quality detailing. You will work closely and coordinate with architects and other building professionals to manage and ensure a projectʼs success.

Responsibilities & Duties include but not limited to:

• Work on the delivery of assigned projects, working closely with Senior Team members.
• Ability to produce technical drawings, specifications, compliance reports, and other written technical documentation.
• Show an ability to produce the necessary information to effectively procure and construct a building or structure.
• Expected to possess a comprehensive understanding of all RIAI/RIBA work stages 1-8.
• Produce documentation under supervision for both internal and external presentations.
• Prepare for and actively participate in project reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
