Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking an experienced Architect to manage and deliver architectural projects across all stages in Ireland, with a strong emphasis on compliance with Irish Building Regulations and BCAR. The role requires proficiency in Revit and coordination with clients and multi-disciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience, RIAI membership, and the ability to work both independently and within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience delivering projects within the Irish construction and regulatory environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Irish Building Regulations, BCAR, planning requirements and relevant standards
• Membership of RIAI
• Excellent proficiency in Revit
• Proven experience preparing and coordinating planning, tender and construction packages
• Strong technical, project management and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider team
• Must be eligible to work in Ireland
